For the first time in my life, I booked half board in advance, but to conclude, the dinner was disappointing compared to my expectations, and the breakfast was great. Since dinner was buffet style, it was far from a meal at a luxury hotel, and no drinks were provided other than water. It was also impossible to purchase coffee or alcohol. Breakfast was very good. There was a lot of food, and each one was delicious.

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

The service staff had a bad attitude and discriminated against Chinese people. They maliciously made things difficult for us by not arranging the room type we had agreed on in advance and tried to make us pay extra to upgrade.

Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved

The room is clean and hygienic, the various facilities and equipment are in good operation, and the parking is very convenient. It is first-class in the Bosei-Herzegovina area!

I am very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the room is great, the bed is comfortable. I have no words. The staff is very friendly. They even packed my meal when I left. 5☆☆☆☆☆ Well done 👏 And thanks to everyone.
