There are many trams stopping in front of the door. The hotel looks ok on the surface, but there are actually many issues. Firstly, I stayed there for 4 nights, one door of the shower was missing, yet no one did anything to try to fix it, so every time when I shower, the water splashes everywhere. Secondly, the curtains are not ”blackout”, so for someone very sensitive to light like me struggle to sleep here. ”Blackout curtains”aren't that expensive, it is expected in any modern hotel nowadays. Thirdly, I didn't have any problems with the taxis in Sarajevo previously, but the one called by the hotel tried to scam me by not using meter, I wonder how much commission the front desk girl is making from coordinating with these scammers to trick guests staying at this hotel. Further, the breakfast is very simple, the only hot food was fried egg, I would expect any reputable hotel will also be at least serving sausages and beacons or smoke salmon, perhaps that's cost cutting measures.
