stay at new cape hotel was comfortable. the room was very clean and the staff make sure to diligently clean the room. it was very close to many tourist attractions. the hotel manager was very accommodating of our needs.

Location is okay and close to beach road. Rooms are not worth the money paid. . Linen was torn. Room was cigeratte smelling. Overall it is a rundown place. Hot water was working.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Overpriced Booking and Poor Hotel Service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience . Upon arrival, I discovered that the actual room price was only ₹700 per room, whereas I was charged for two rooms.
Additionally, the hotel service was extremely poor and did not meet basic expectations.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and process a suitable refund for the price discrepancy.
