worst experience,it is an old and poorly maintained property. electric cattle were not working. water was dribbling from A.C. Dust and moulds were on the wall,and paint was not done . i won't suggest this to anyone.

the location is too good.
it is an old property so needs a little repair. The washroom size was small and need repair. the room size was good.
the staff was courteous and helpful. i only tried breakfast which was good. too. Less than 5 min walk to the pier, Kanyakumari temple and sunrise point. about 2 kms away from the sunset point. the railway station is also less than 5 min, driving distance.

room was untidy, there was proper amenities in the bathroom. bath room was not neat, exhaust was not working, room was stinking, telephone was not working, tv was not working, room was allotted in the floor without lift which was subsequently changed on request, floor tiles were with marks

The property is very nice and near to temple and to sunrise spot. The staff is very friendly and Co-operative .

The location is good in the sense most of the places of interest can be covered by walk. Front office people are cordial and helpful. The room is by and large clean but is small, walls peeling of due to moisture seepage. Bath room is also small no towel rod, Toileteries had to be asked for to be provided. No coffee/tea Kit or available from restaurent.

the hotel is good. but it's not well maintauned. the washroom is not neat and the door was not closing properly. we told the same at the reception but there was no response from them. the food was good but expensive. overall the stay is good.But cleanliness needs to be improved

Initially I was given a room where the AC was not working at all. The hotel staff was not vigilant and had to be convinced to change the room

The room is ok but the bathroom is terrible. Its dirty, the shower is broken. The mug is broken. It seems like a 2star lodge. The hotel from outside looks different than the inside. The food is below average. The pulka served is very hard and non-chewable.
