Many amenities in the room were not working. when you enter. However, people were prompt to rectify it. Hygiene is okay. Furniture is just average , staff is courteous. However, lower level staff asks ( forces) for Bakshish which is not good

Hotel is very old & not value for money.
Toilets are in very bad shape/very old.
Service boys are asking money for any service.
One good thing, location is very near to the Kanyakumari beach.

Location - good
food - not provided, as per reception their restaurant tie up was not available
amenities & services - average would not recommend to stay if you want a pleasant stay, only go if you just want to spend a night somehow

Location was nice. Well maintained. Only problem was hot water which had to be brought from common geyser placed in corridor.

Stayed in 210. 1. Bathroom door lock not working. 2. No night lamp. 3. No hot water in bathroom. 4. No dressing table light.
