HOTEL SRIMANIYA

No Hot water for Bathing, no shower facility in room no. 105 Gr. Floor,on asking they answered sour panel is not working on 24/02/2025 early morning 6 o’clock. Booking for two persons but provide only one towel and one blanket, on asking they said that it is their policy. Not change towel and bed sheets per day. After asking they provide water bottles. Non co-operative staff.

Basic hotel. They do not have any sea view room, at least that's what they said. We'd booked sea view room though and charged accordingly. There are much better hotels available in Kanyakumari.

1st room was provided on time but the 2nd room was allotted late by 2-3 hrs. Extra mattress wasn’t provided after multiple request mattress was provided at 10 at night. Was asking for the mattress since morning. Poor response from management in providing extra mattress or bedsheets. Hot water was not coming in room for 24 hours as informed to us at the reception. Overall a poor choice to stay at this spot. There are many other good options available in same road.

The best part is nearest to temple and beach and boating jetty. 200m hardly. Staff helpful, rooms are good.

The hotel room was decent and provided a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was excellent, and we had the delightful experience of watching a beautiful sunrise from the hotel terrace.

The room and bathroom were untidy and poorly maintained. No parking available at the hotel, they asked to park my car 1 km away from the hotel as traffic is restricted by police near the hotel for the vicinity to the temple. I had to pay from my pocket to shift the luggege from parking site to hotel and moreover 500 meter walking as even auto rickshaws were not operating in the hotel road at that time. The sofas in the room were drentched with dust and oil as if not cleaned in years. The room floor was dusty and oily which confirms no cleaning done regularly. They don't provide all the amenities as mentioned in the description and take customer for granted with very rude behaviour. No tarined staff. No extra bed was available with hotel though I paid for the same during booking. After lot of insistence they gave a broken mattress and need not to mention, old and untidy. No towels were given next day citing reason all are gone for laundary. Location was close to key sites but it's not big plus as it's a small city and one can easily commute within reasonably low time. Overall a terrible stay, so would recommend to avoid this hotel. In peak season they charge 2-3 times which is also a major setback with such service. It was such a bad experience that we didn't even click a photo of the room. Being a mandatory step for feedback I submitted other photos so that other travellers can be cautioned.
