This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various treatments. I rate this hotel excellent overall

Just coming out of this hotel after a stay of two days with our family. Checked in a best luxury rooms with 3 bed and double toilets. It was like a get together with our family. The Bed,with extra height mattress gave us a big comfort for us as we had travelled from Chennai by Road. Room Service from their kitchen was prompt,hot and delicious. Room AC was quiet. The interior were also outstanding. Thanks to Mr.John who had trained their Staff in an excellent way. 5 out of 5 is my rating. Superb hotel to stay in front of Railway station.

This is an OK budget hotel, great for back-packers. The rooms are OK, there is sometimes warm water in the showers, and there is a good basic breakfast with idlis, puris etc.; beds are comfortable but the sheets are old and greying. But several of the amenities advertised are not in fact offered: there is no shuttle from the airport (with or without extra charge); there is no laundry service; there is no housekeeping service; there is no gym; there is no restaurant (except for breakfast); rooms are certainly not soundproofed! So be really wary of what is advertised everywhere online. They do not respond to queries online, so don’t try. Phone enquiries will get a brusque response.

I had booked for two Premium Sea View Villa for Dec'31st 2024 in Annai Resorts &Spa. As requested by the reservation team of the resort, I paid 50% advance amount. I received a WhatsApp message on 5th Dec., from the resort reservation team about visit of Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to Kanyakumari between Dec'30th to Jan'1st. In view of the message informed of restrictions in accessing popular sightseeing places in Kanyakumari during this period. As this restriction came in the way of my plans, I decided to cancel my booking and asked for refund of the advance amount paid the same day I received the message from the resorts. Despite me giving details of my bank account, I am yet to receive the advance amount as of now. I have been sending reminders to the reservation team. They have been informing that they will communicate to their accounts team for needful action. I am yet to see credit of advance money paid to the resort. I feel the tariff of the resort being very high the resort management is unable to absorb the loss of tourists due to this last-minute VIP visit and in the process taking customers for a high ride. Advice tourists planning to reserve in this property to proceed with caution considering my experience.

Best hospitality ever seen ,a perfect hotel for a family to spend their weekends Veiw points are awesome from the hotel, every windows has their own angle of seeing the seashore' beauty I would personally suggest to try the hotel to experience it's hospitality

I was apprehensive, reading some of the other reviews. But i am glad to say that my experience was exceptional. Location is unique, with easy car accessibility and near the beach road. Lobby, dining area, lift, stairwell and room were very clean and immaculate. Towels, ac, bathroom accessories all were provided. Comfortable spring beds and fresh linen. Wifi worked without a hitch. I had breakfast, evening tea and dinner at the hotel, and i was pleased to see that all were cooked well. Even the sandwich i ordered was fresh. Of course, the view of bay of bengal from the rooms is great. It was overcast during my stay, but if you are lucky you can view the sunrise from the room itself! overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and i would recommend to all.

We had some good experience of hospitality staying at Sun Park. The rooms were clean and spacious with good service throughout. The restaurant dining was great with amazing service lead by Mr. Dilip, Mr. Tinku, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Kalpana and Ms. Reshma. We are happy to be here again!!!! Well recommend:)

While the stay was fairly average, i had to tell that the hospitality was so great and also the staffs were friendly and genuinely helping minded people. The main problem was that there were no hygiene or order in their restaurant and it was so crowded hence it was also understandable. Overall the stay was an average and peaceful experience.

The hotel and its facilities are good. The receptionist - Jennifer is truly sincere and honest. She helped us to evade a scam! We checked in early morning and the receptionist - Syed Imran just gave us the keys and directed us to a room with a dysfunctional AC. After complaining repeatedly for 3 times, they changed the room but the behaviour of the receptionist Syed was very rude. The next morning we were disturbed by 8 am and asked to checkout or pay 1000/- Since it was early morning and it was an abrupt call to checkout we paid 1000/- The receptionist Syed asked us not to tell anyone about this transaction. We obliged. After 3 hours when the next receptionist - Jeniffer took charge we narrated the entire ordeal. She apologised and returned us 1000/- We were elated with the honesty and sincerity of Jennifer. I would request the managers to promote people like Jennifer and penalise people like Syed. Thanks

Neat & tidy, well maintained rooms, very good stay for families, kids friendly, polite and respectful behaviour, reasonable price, near to temple, sun rise and all places. Will definitely plan to visit again.
