The hotel is nice, the hotel staff and all hotel personnel are attentive, hotel services are sufficient; however, there are no sitting areas and no bar/cafe in the hotel lobby, you can go to the hotel rooms through the casino (it is not nice to go through the casino with bags, suitcases, etc.), the hotel rooms do not have the shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, dirty clothes bag, toilet brush that they had when the hotel opened in early 2024, the quality of slippers has decreased. There are not enough waiters in the casino, the waiters are indifferent to the players. The variety of food in the restaurant has decreased and the quality of the food has decreased.
