Food Service Except of the salmon everything was good and even my children ate everything. When we told the waiter about that the salmon was dry, he apologized and offered a free dessert. The Maître d'hôtel told us that they'll remove the salmon from the bill and the cake for my wife is for free. And two other waiters came to apologize.
