Nice hotel and very kind and helpful staff ! Very near to an easy ski slope also for small kids or beginners ! The hotel has also a playground for the little ones ! Perfect breakfast with a lot of choices and also with tasty bread and cereals for celiacs ( gluten free & lactose free ) We really recommend this hotel !

They charged us 57,17Euro for nothing. We payed the accommodation fee and paid for anything we bought during our stay. But after we leave I saw they charged an extra fee of 57,17Euro from my bank account.. I asked them why, but so far I haven't received any response. Plus they say you get a Genuss kart as a gift, a value of 8.5 euros but they did not subtract this amount from our costs. I don't know, the place has everything that a hotel in it's quality range has to offer but you have to spend extra time to get these extra charges removed afterwards. This is very annoying and I am not sure If I can manage it at all.

Workers were chill but there was a hair in my food room is not that good chair moved on itself as with the the door weather it was ******* I’m not sure but however the location was ideal I also got shouted at for dancing!!!!!Bare in mind I’m a 19 year old man

Wir fahren nach JUFA Hotel Kaprun schon viele Jahre, regelemässig. Wir sind immer sehr zufrienden. Alle Leute von Chef-rezeption-Bar-Küche- Restaurant-Zimmer Service sind sehr nett, sie antworten alle Fragen und immer helfen. Hotel, Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, Restaurant bietet super Gerichte an.

Goed hotel Prima ontbijt veel keuze en vers fruit en voldoende keuze. Vriendelijke bediening en personeel Mooie locatie aan een berg rivier Dorp met drink en eetgelegenheid genoeg. Openbaar vervoer voor de deur en ski piste en wandel route's dicht in de buurt.

Für uns perfekt für einen Skiurlaub. Skibus nach Zell am See und zum Kitz vor der Haustür. Tolles Frühstück, sehr leckeres Abendessen, immer mit vegetarischer Alternative, gemütliche Sauna, nettes Personal, gemütlicher Barbereich.Waren schon 13 x da, einfach, weil es für uns rundherum passt.

Vespe in camera, asciugamani e sapone mancanti. Con un disabile in sedia a rotelle, camera al secondo piano e si sono "dimenticati" di dirci che l ascensore è rotto. Lo possiamo usare a nostro rischio e pericolo. Avevamo scritto 3 email e telefonato 2 volte x spiegare la situazione. L ultima telefonata 1 ora prima del nostro arrivo. Alla recepition lavorano persone la cui mancanza di intelligenza è superata solo dalla loro arroganza.

Personal war an der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet sehr freundlich, Lage des Hotel ist super, das Zimmer war sauber und einfach aber schön eingerichtet. Für's Frühstück und Check-Out hatten wir bis 11 Uhr Zeit und mit der gratis Zell am See Sommerkarte konnten wir z.B. gratis in die Sigmund-Thun Klamm und rauf auf den Kaprun Stausee bzw. zum Kitzsteinhorn fahren. Zusammenfassend war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fast unschlagbar.
