The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, location was excellent, breakfast was Excellent The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

The hotel is located in the vicinity of the city centre and is on the main road. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are airy, spacious and clean. The food is very good and i would recommend this hotel to everyone. However, if you are staying here make sure that you have your own conveyance because finding rides with the hotel proves to be difficult,

Second visit and stay at the Imperial Poonam Hotel - comfortable and pleasant. Fabulous service by all the staff - a special shout out to Vikas and Akshay who made our stay that extra bit enjoyable. Would happily suggest for anyone to stay at the Poonam Hotel for their next visit in Phagwara. Can’t wait to be back again!
