I waited for the hot water to flow in the morning at the hotel I liked, I called the reception 3 times for 25 minutes with foam and told them the situation but they did not interfere and spoiled their mood, I had to rinse with cold water. Then I met the hotel manager in the elevator and explained the situation but it was too late. Thank God he did not even apologize for this situation, he just shared his surprise. I went down to the reception and asked why they did not intervene, they said did you call here, it is such an independent business. The breakfast was also very mediocre. When I called before coming to the hotel, the hotel price was 1500 TL and the room was 1720 TL, it was a different funny situation, do not work so confidently and dependently, you will get tired. In short, it was a big regret for me to choose this hotel.
