I understand this is their off season, but no room wifi, breakfast was not enough for the late guest, room doesn’t have trash bin etc. they are friendly but I think they can improve more on service and how to deal with guests.

Larina thermal resort otele 26-30 Temmuz giriş yaptım ama yapmaz olaydım bu kadar mı kirli pis bir ortam olur biraz olsun denetlenir otel nasıl bir otel çıkış yapmak istedim ama resepsiyonda çalışan bayan yok onunla ( muhasebe) ile şu ilgileniyor yok bu ilgileniyor diyerek bizi başından savdı velhasıl paramızla rezil bir 4 gece geçiremeden 3 geceden çıkış yaptık fazla dayanamadım hastalık kaptım çünkü. Bizi bir odaya verdiler ilk başta odanın tuvaletinde sular akmıyor şikayet ede ede bizi ertesi gün başka odaya aldılar tuvalet akıtıyor prizler çalışmıyor tv buzdolapı kendine bir haber havuz desen adam sabah 09. Da temizlemeye başlıyor saat 12:00 a kadar bitirmeden temizliği millet dayanamayıp giriyor ve o şekilde kalıyor soğuk su desen hiç yok paranla alıyorsun birdaha böyle otele gelmek mi tövbeler tövbesi böyle bir işletmede kalmak kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum bu oteli kesinlikle paranızı göndermeden önce imkanınız var ise gelin oteli görün o şekilde kalın yoksa çok pişman olursunuz personellerine bir şey soruyorum ( ayrıca misafirmi personel mi ) zor bularak ben yeni giriş yaptım otele bilmiyorum gibi cevaplar veriliyor ben az yazdım siz çok anlayın yazık edersiniz gününüze

Ailecek otelin tadını sonuna kadar çıkardık. Toplamda 4 gece kalacaktık aslında ama bir gece daha uzatmak istedi bizim çocuklar, biz de istiyorduk zaten çok iyi oldu. En az 1 hafta kalıp iyice doymak isterdik. Tadı damağımızda kaldı diyebilirim.

Kaldığımız en iyi termal oteller arasındaydı. En sevdiğimiz yanlarından biri de kırmızı suyu oldu. Meşhur bir suları var ve gerçekten girdikten sonra anlıyorsunuz. Cildiniz bir gerginleşiyor, ve güzelleşiyor gibi sanki. Güzeldi yani.

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Even though I made a reservation a month in advance, I was able to receive my room at 23:00. The hygienic conditions of the room I received were very poor. There was nothing in terms of comfort in the room. There was no staff member trying to help except the young man named Fevzi. There is nothing about this hotel that I can recommend. Too bad.

Larina bizim için oldukça özel bir yer. Burasının termal suyu diğer yerlere kıyasla bana kalırsa çok daha iyiydi. Bir daha gelmek istiyoruz. Fiyatları uygun, kaplıcada kullandıkları kırmızı su da çok güzeldi ayrıca. Tavsiye üzerine geldik biz de.

Best of bestti yani bebeğim. Harika iki gece geçirdim. Personeller de çok tatlılardı. Beni çok güzel ağırladılar. Tüm emekleri için teşekkür ederim. Kırmızı su efsane bir şeydi. Çok iyi geldi. Resmen gençleştim gibi hissediyorum ama ben.

Kadınlar hamamı çalışmıyor yani ışıkları bile yanmıyor, kapalı havuz buz gibi, kadınlar için tek şansınız spa daki karma hamam verdiğim para çöp oldu yazıklar olsun yemekler berbat otel odası pis ve bakımsız ve çok sıcak, tam bir pişmanlık

The hotel looks much better from the outside than from the inside. Upon arrival, our rooms were not immediately ready, and we had a lot of problems with keys and malfunctions, and mostly with cleanliness. The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms. We received dirty pillows, but they replaced them. At the beginning, they didn't have enough towels for us. The TV and air conditioning did not work, and the hair dryer was weak. As for the food, the choice was small and the food was cold, tasteless and not fresh. The surroundings of the indoor pools also looked outdated and dirty. I only want to single out Mrs. Miray and thank her for pleasing us and making the end of the night better.
