As always, I had a great and therapeutic stay at Herakles. After receiving 2 rounds of PRP injections for a 30 year ongoing knee issue, it was so great to be able to stay and receive daily personalized knee therapy treatments here. Many came simply to enjoy a relaxing stay with family. It's location near the amazing travertines of Pamukkale makes it a common rest point for tourists from all over Europe. The prices are extremely reasonable and all in included except medical treatments which are available at an additional cost. The food is wonderful, healthy and plentiful and the staff is kind and attentive. I highly recommend this thermal hotel.

I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The hidden mineral pool is the pearl of the hotel. 40 degrees centigrade water packed with minerals is super healthy. The food in hotel requires a special article. It is so good, fresh and plentiful. The staff is so helpful and obliging that it is admirable. My strong recommendation to everyone is to stay in this hotel.

Everything fine for the price, clean, good variety od good, pool with cooler water which Is good in So hot leather. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, working AC, small balkony, bathroom with tub, good for the price

This place gets better each time we visit. Amazing value for Half Board. Plus - they serve Tea at 3.00 pm every day with homemade buns & biscuits. Little tip - if you want a quiet room, ask for D or E Block in the newest part. Double rooms are spacious, light, air con if required and have a small balcony. Note: there are NO lifts, so mention when booking if special access is required. Some English is spoken. The hotel now offers wine, beer & spirits.

We have been coming to this Hotel for almost 20 years. Over that time, we have witnessed many changes, updates and improvements not only to the building but also to the facilities on offer. The staff, particularly the Front reception manager, Cihan, are all very helpful, kind and attentive. We learned on this visit that Herakles is now classed as 4*s - well deserved too. Looking forward to another return visit.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel!! This is worse than a hostel. The rooms are so small that a double bed can barely fit. There is no soundproofing. Bad music is played at full volume from 9pm to 12am and it is impossible to sleep before 12am. Since it is an old and neglected hotel, the noise played in front of your balcony is directly in your room. There is very little variety of food and you are not asked to drink tea after the meal because it tastes terrible. I could only stay here from 4pm to 12am and had to check out at 12am. Although I paid for it, I could not even stay here for 1 night. It is a place that is never worth the money you pay. Dear friend, if you read this, please don't stay at this place, trust me. This is the picture of decibel meter in room !!!!

Unweit des UNESCO Welterbes Hierapolis gelegen,nach Besichtigung der Anlage kann hier ein entspannendes Thermalbad bei 43 Grad Wassertemperatur genommen werden. Anlage und Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet,das Büffetgetümmel ist hinzunehmen.Der Ort bietet auch interessante Ecken besonders früh beim Ballonstarten.

Sömestr tatilinde 2 gece harika zaman geçirdik. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Karahayit çarşısına çok yakın. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Odalar geniş, tertemiz. En yüksek puanı bence restoran bölümü hakediyor. Personeli çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Yemekleri lezzetli ve fiyat performansına göre çeşitleri ***et yeterli. Özellikle restoran müdürü Kadir bey ve çalışanlardan Ahmet Malkoç beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Memnun etmek adına tüm personel her müşteriyle ***retle ve özenle ilgileniyor. Canlı müziği her kişiye hitap ediyor ve çok eğlenceli. Çok sıcak bir ortamı var. Kalabalık olmasına rağmen tatilimiz boyunca hiçbir şey aksamadı. Fakat yalnızca 1 adet kapalı termal havuzu var ve otel için yetersiz ve küçük. Öte yandan Spa bölümünde kesinlikle su ikramı olmalı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
