The hotel's hot spring is amazing! It's a red mud hot spring. After washing, your body is covered with mineral particles from Pamukkale. There are men and women bathing together, and there are also women bathing alone. We went there in the morning, and there were only a few of us. There was also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel has poor soundproofing and very average service. I don't know if other hotels in Pamukkale are basically like this. Eating is like a big market. The hot spring feels okay, just like a domestic bathhouse. I experienced a sauna, but the temperature was not high. I lost a pair of swimming trunks and couldn't find it the next day. The price is actually not low, about the same as the Marriott in Izmir, but the service facilities are really very average.

A particularly dishonest hotel with many safety hazards. My child was scratched by the escalator on the pool. We agreed on a compensation agreement, but the hotel said they didn't want to compensate because the guest had insurance. This is simply ** thinking. Ctrip contacted us for a month, but they either didn't answer the phone or tried to play rogue. It's really too bad.
