Sentinus Beach Hotel

The location near the beach and shopping center is highly praised. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, friendly staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms with great sea views.

We loved our stay in this hotel, the staff were very welcoming and polite, especially the Chief Receptionist Yigit, and the Manager Ebru. Yigit was fantastic and made our stay very memorable with his attention to detail supporting our needs. The animation team Manager and the team members Zerda, and Feyzanur went out of their way to ensure we were having a good time. The hotel is in a beautiful location with the sea a 5 minute walk away, perfect for relaxing on the beach and soaking up the sun. The rooms are pretty standard, but are cleaned daily and come with a balcony which is good, and smoking is permitted! The food was tasty and was nice and the bar and restaurant staff were polite. The only disappointments were that there were limited dishes at meal times, and there was not much variety to choose from which meant although we were all inclusive, we ate out at various restaurants for lunch and dinner. Overall, we can't complain, the bathroom was in need of an uplift and the hotel staff have indicated this will be happening in the very near future. If you are looking for a nice cheap and cheerful holiday this Sentinus Beach hotel is perfect for your holiday. The area is surrounded by shops and there is a shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. Feyzanur, arranged for us to go out clubbing, it was the best night out with the animation team. We will definitely be returning. Avoid this hotel filty dirty, my elderly parents just returned home today after 10 nights of hell in this hotel. Rooms are filty dirty full of rust,broken sinks broken shower, mattress full of stains and marks. Food is slop you would get better in prison. 4 nights in a row the same food there no variety at all it's either under cooked or over cooked. No toastervat breakfast 3 mornings in a row no milk for breakfast or tea when asked a staff member told its all gone no milk left. Broken umbrellas and sun loungers. Toilets around the pool is so dirty staff don't want to know or pretend they don't understand you. The bar well when there was someone there very little variety the beer is awful and flat. Made numerous complaints and nothing done. A holiday rep told my mam and dad he would move them gave his name and number and never returned after being told to pack there case's. They had to eat out almost every day. This hotel should be shut down.
