An Absolute Disaster! We had an extremely poor first impression upon arrival. The receptionist was on the phone, taking additional calls, and left us waiting for quite some time. She appeared visibly annoyed and uninterested—no greeting, no smile, just plain rude. The room was absolutely terrible. It was difficult to breathe, as the air conditioning was filthy and covered in dust. After turning it on, we soon experienced lung pain and had trouble breathing. When I mentioned mold to the staff, I was told it was just paint. Unbelievable! The condition of the room was unacceptable: the armchair was dirty, the terrace door wouldn’t close properly, letting in noise from outside, and there were bugs in the bathroom. On top of that, the mirror was missing, all the glassware was dirty, the bed was stained, and the pillows were full of hair. The bed linens were also dirty, with brown stains everywhere. The light switches were dirty or broken, the shower was dripping constantly, and the jacuzzi was filthy. The water park was a joke. Most of the slides were either not working or so dangerous that we hit our heads. The pools had a very unpleasant odor and caused itching. The entire water park smelled strongly of urine—simply disgusting. After just a few hours and many arguments, we left the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

I have never seen such a disgraceful hotel in my life, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom and toilet are a disgrace, as well as the food. It is called a 5-star hotel, but it is not, it is worth a 2-star hotel. If you are going to come and stay, do not come to this hotel. It is said that everything is in it, but everything is not in it. Drinks are paid. Don't be fooled.

En kötü tatil deneyimimizdi, daha kötü ne olabilir dedik ve en kötüsü başımıza geldi getçekten. odalar küf kokusundan durulmuyor.(FOTOĞRAFLARI EKLEDİM) Bize en başta odasının pervazları ve banyosu küf dolu odayı vermeye çalıştılar. Derme çatma kulube olan yeri verdiler çok ses geçiriyor kapı örtünce bile sizin odadan sanıp dışarı çıkıyorsunuz. Küf ve nem için resepsiyonu aradığımızda “klima açın geçer” dediler. Ama oda gerçekten durulmuyacak şekilde nem rutubed kokuyordu duramadığızda resepsiyona gidip başka oda talep ettik ve oda tipi farklı diye fiyat farkı istediler bizi sindirmeye çalıştılar, daha sonra diyat farkı veremeyeceğimizi belirttiğimizde farklı odaya aldilar ama oranında banyosu küf kokuyordu yatacağımız yerde olmadığı için çok problem olmadı. Eğer biz pusup resepsiyona gitmeseydik biz o odada kalmak zorunda kalcaktık. Böyle birşey olamaz odalar temizlik ve hijyenden uzak odada örümcek ağı ve örümcek vardı, yemekler tatsız yağ içinde.(tatlının içinden kıl çıktı) Dış görünüşe aldanıp yorumlara bakmamıştık bile. Aqua park ve havuz seçenekleri fazla bu güzeldi. 5 yıldızlı otelden böyle şeyler beklemiyorsun sonuç olarak 1 yıldız bile haketmez. Asla önermiyorum gidecek olanlar yorumları degerlendirip öyle gitsinler

We were looking forward to our holiday at Risos. In general, my standard is not high when it comes to hotels, but you will not get what you see in the picture at all. Not a family friendly hotel. The food was bad and the staff were in no way cooperative. We went to another hotel after 2 nights. they didn't even clean up after people in the restaurant.. The only thing that was beautiful was the sunset.

We chose this hotel because we met friends at this hotel. It turned out immediately that it was a wrong decision. We had booked a standard room for one night including breakfast. The room was very small for 2 people + luggage and the furniture was extremely dated. The cleaning of the room was okay, but due to the age it didn't look clean anymore. The room was very noisy, so you could talk to the neighbors at a normal volume. The toilet incl. bathroom is definitely in need of renovation, because you feel dirtier afterwards than before. The way to the room was also dirty, there was rubbish everywhere. The pool was way too small for the complex, but the walk to the beach was short. The beach and the sea were wonderful. Breakfast was buffet style, service in the restaurant was very poor and the food didn't look appetizing at all. Ok for low budget, don't expect much.

Verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını alamayacaksınız , odalar pis, yemekler rezalet, bir puan bile çok, paranıza yazık, bahçe manzaralı oda sattılar bungalow dan bozma personel lojmanı arasında bir yer gösterdiler şok içerisinde yemeğe gittik yemek yok, iptal edip çıkmak istedik, aldıktan sonra çöpe gitmesin diye yediğimiz yemeği bahane eden sözüm ona satışçı ve otelin bahaneleri ile karşılaştık, gitmeyin paranıza yazık! belli ki hizmet nedir bilmeyen bir yönetim var, insanların hizmet almak için verdiği parayı hizmet vermeyerek gasp ediyorlar!!!

Otel yorumlarına göre çok kaygılı gelmiştik fakat geldiğimiz gibi fikrimiz değişti. Odamız şahaneydi,tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yürekten bizimle ilgilendiler çok teşekkür ediyoruz onlara.Temizlik,hijyen konusuna gelirsek odamızda çarşaf vb. çok temizdi ve her gün değiştirildi fakat yemekhane kısmı kötü kokuyordu ve yemek çeşitleri çok azdı. Ancak yemekhanede çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Telefonda akşamları çocuklar için animasyon var denilmesine rağmen olmadığına gelince gördük biz yan otelde çocuğumuz sesleri duydu ve ağlamaya başladı.Herşeye rağmen çok mutlu olduk.Çocuklarımız eğlendi sevdi.Otel 5yıl önce geldiğimizin aksine gelişmemiş,gerilemişti.Tam pansiyon olması üzmüştü.Sonuçta Aquaparklı oteli çocuklar için tercih ediyoruz,çocuklarin eğlenmesi öncelik olmalıydı.Tüm çalışanlara güler yüzlerinden ve ilgilerinden dolayı canı gönülden teşekkür ediyoruz.

Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir deneyim oldu 2 yaşında kızımla tatilin bu kadar keyifli geçeceğini hiç düşünmemiştim malum biraz zor oluyor bebeklerle ama a dan z ye o kadar ilgiliydi herkes çok teşekkür ediyorum. Onun dışında özellikle Gürol bey ve ekibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yapmaya çalışıyorlar .
