Ephesia Hotel - All Inclusive

I love it here. I came last year. Came again june. Now I am here now. I go home 3 days. The staff are nice. The place is on the beach. There are so many pools to pick from. The food is good but it all depends on each person. There are dogs and cats, but they got tags on, so they are on a program, so they no we're they are

The photographers and entertainers were so friendly and they was playing games with us and you can build real friendships with them 10/10 experience would definitely come back!!!! Would recommend for family’s and groups. LOVE THEM ＜3 ＜3.

I love this place it’s very nice and doing the aqua gym in a morning in the pool with Bella she’s such a sweet girl really brightened my holiday. I would definitely come back to Ephesia hotel resort to do the aqua dance and to see Bella! Will be coming next year

Check in very smooth with concierge service. Lifts can be quite warm but understandable in 40° + heat and they do cope well. Had a power cut which caused a tiny problem at dinner time but the Operations Manager was amazing and worked tirelessly to correct it within in the hour so that guests were kept cool and able to enjoy the football. Room was immaculately cleaned every day, clean towels everyday unless we said no thankyou (thinking environmentally) Restaurant. Food very international cuisine, cannot tolerate milk or eggs. So not really much else, really missed bacon, hash browns and black pudding, but they try and cater for all. Nice lunch and dinner, always something nice to eat. So never hungry. Beach bar for burgers, pizza etc and a Pide bar as well all freshly made and cooked. Ice cream and afternoon tea we did not do so not able to comment. Drinks, we only drink beer and wine and it was very nice. The hotel is on a beach so sunbeds complimentary and a garden with same. Beautiful also. Animation team very freindly but we was there to relax so cannot comment on that. OVERALL A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. THANKYOU TO THE MANAGEMENT FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN.

Hotel was rated Tui 4* which in the past has been as expected but this hotel is a maximum 2* Hotel was very tired looking. Bathrooms were very grimy. Limescale was thick on the toilet/flush and shower. Shower was orange rusty in colour. Old toothpaste was splattered on the walls. Thick brown marks covered the back of the toilet. It was so bad I wouldn’t keep my toiletries in there. The rest of the room could have done with a good scrub and paint job. Filthy sweaty marks covered the inside of the main door. First impressions count and this really was off putting. Sun beds were covered in dirty marks. Cushions on outside seating has been used to an inch of their life! Food was random combinations most nights and lukewarm. The area itself had a serious problem with flies. These settled on all uncovered food most of the time. Unbearable to think about it! Cocktails were made with the pre mixed juice machine, so tasted as expected!! So many cats in the hotel which apart from breaking my heart, I didn’t mind! Although it was a little disgusting watching them use the tiny beach as a large litter tray! Hotel is in a lovely seafront position but very little is around the area. A 25 minute ride on the bus is needed to get into the main part. “Private beach area” is very small. Enough room to have two beds pretty much touching foot to face! All very squeezed in and uncomfortable. Beach was covered in litter and cat poop! Smallest lifts I’ve ever seen. So wait time is longer than comfortable. Annoyingly and stupidly I left some items in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel the next morning. Very little help. Was just told they couldn’t send them overseas. I hadn’t requested this as have family in another area of Turkey but this was assumed and they hadn’t even checked for my items. No one would answer my messages.Eventually I managed to get someone to speak with them in Turkish and was told my items were not found. No one else was using the room after us so sadly it would appear they have an issue with staff keeping property! Icing on the cake! Beds were comfy, as long as I didn’t think about the stains on the sheets or bed! Sad because I really wanted to love my holiday I’d been waiting all year for.

The hotel definitely deserves more than 4 stars because it has better service than some hotels that have 5*. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, they are cleaned every day, the whole hotel is clean and tidy, it's more beautiful than shown in photos. All the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, they all try to make every guest feel nice. I would especially like to praise the night shift manager who was on duty on April 25/26 (I forgot his name). The hotel is full, but everything works fast and smoothly. Although it is the off season, all pools are open. The indoor pool has a particularly pleasant temperature. The hotel is right on the beach, which is clean and tidy. We have everything we need in the hotel. There is a bus station next to the hotel, and dolmush buses run to the center every now and then. The ticket price is very cheap. The local taxi is also right next to the hotel. Sincere recommendations.
