This place is right in the heart of dal gate but in a narrow space where cars can't go to hotel. One has to walk to hotel on foot with luggage. Also never buy breakfast option because only item they serve is very average aaloo paratha-tea. All 4 days of our stay, we had to eat same thing again and again. Very average bread omelet they serve but later will give you bill for the same. Their rooms are decent.

Property is well located near dal lake and close to bus stand maintained very well. Food is prepared by the family running the guest house. Broadband is available with good speed. The owner can arrange transport fir sightseeing.

The facility is poorly maintained, not easily accessible. The staff threatened that the booking will be cancel-led unless advance is paid.

Situated in very narrow lane on dal lake, one will have to walk for about 500 m to reach the hotel or have to use a shikara boat to transfer luggages.
