Karatsu Hotels with Pools

Located in an updated complex situated in the old section of Karatsu, walking distance from the train station. Very clean facilities and a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is located by the sea, with convenient parking. It is a seawater hot spring. The so-called Shioyu is a heated hot spring. The hotel is a garden-style Japanese hotel. Wearing colorful kimonos, walking and taking pictures in the hotel’s garden is unique. The front desk issued a coupon for Happy Hour at the bar, and you can have a few drinks at the bar. Breakfast and dinner are good, because it is close to the beach, octopus is a specialty here, and the octopus for dinner is great (sashimi and salt and pepper). It is recommended to stay for 2 nights, and each room has a free private soup reservation. As for the public pool, one looks at the sea outside (Figure 1) and the other is indoors.

Book when the room price is lower, the price/performance ratio is super high. The store is directly facing the seaside, with beautiful sea views, and is also close to the historical windbreak pine forest of Niji no Matsubara. The interior decoration is simple and tidy. The public activity area can be used for cooking, laundry, and clothes drying rods. The waiters are very friendly. A small hotel that is comfortable to stay in all the time.

This Japanese-style garden hotel is in a slightly remote location, but can arrange a pick-up and drop-off. The garden flowers and trees are sparse, the bridge is flowing, very leisurely, the room and the dining place can enjoy the courtyard view, the green eyes, people are away from the dust, and the self-interest. The dining is exquisite, delicious and enjoyable. The service staff is intimate and really feels at home.

Self-driving will be more convenient, because it is almost a few minutes walk from the railway station (East Tangjin / and Dota / Tangjin), and the bus passing by is only running until about 5 pm. If you want to take a taxi to the hotel, please be sure to get off at Tangjin Station. There are more taxis here. There is a staff member who let you choose welcome drink, and also asked if you want to use the family style that night, each section is used for one hour, until 10 pm. The bathroom in the room is slightly smaller, so I asked if I should use the family style.
