Check-in was quick and easy, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Paschal made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are unbelievably large and is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff is exceptional and a special shout to Mary and Calvin. We went out on the coffee, village tour which is a walk from the hotel. I normally dislike tours like this, but Calvin and all the people on the tour made it very special. Really, take a walk in to the village with the Marriott team if you have a chance. Finally, the kitchen. They food is just outstanding. A triune five star experience every night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, amazing atmosphere, amazing rooms, very clean, amazing amenities and exceptional service. I would recommend coming for a couple nights, we were sad to only have been here for one night.

Marriott Ngorongoro is an amazing hotel! It feels more like a medium-sized boutique hotel that truly has everything you need. The experience here is very different from a big Marriott Resort — you get the same comfort and quality of the brand, but with a much warmer, homier atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s location is perfect — centrally placed to visit both Ngorongoro Valley and Tarangire Park. It’s not inside the park, but about 30 to 40 minutes away, which is totally fine. The area is remote yet very peaceful, ideal for relaxing after a long day on safari. The chef is amazing, and the food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Honestly, the service made us feel like we were in a 10-star hotel! Even though it’s not huge, the hotel has everything you could want: a gym, spa, bar, and a cozy fireplace — all in a smaller, intimate setting. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, which is so important after long safari days. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This place is pure heaven in the bush. Five-star luxury in every detail. From the warm welcome with the best hibiscus juice I’ve ever had, to the spacious rooms blending modern comfort with rustic charm, everything feels intentional. The high ceilings, airy spaces, and indulgent bathroom made it unforgettable. Dining was another highlight: daily five-course menus bursting with fresh, creative flavors, all in a stunning indoor-outdoor setting with lush plants and cozy fireplaces. The staff were attentive, and truly made us feel like family, with special thanks to Hotel Manager Mary and the Food & Beverage Manager. Two nights were far too short; my husband and I cannot wait to return to this paradise on earth.
