Had a prepaid booking 20th-21st June thro ********** at this property ... fully confirmed. On arrival at 17:30 the owner refused our booking and claimed he did not deal with **********. We are both in our 70's , arriving with over 50kg of luggage in 30c heat with no foodm or drink .... now nowhere to stay. The owner could not have been more unhelpful, less disinterested in our situation. In over 40 years of visiting Greece we have never experienced this lack of Greek Hospitality at all. No suggestions ... just ignored us. We sat outside for over 2 hours trying to resolve our problem and just when we had thro' ********** he offered us a room provided we paid again. The ratings looked good and that's why we booked in July 2021 .... but hey .... if you do go here just go prepared that you will be on your own if there is an issue.

Ottimo appartamento dove soggiornare nei pressi di Sami. Appartamento ampio e con diverse dotazioni (wifi, asciugamani, utensili indispensabili in cucina). Noi avevamo un appartamento vista mare che al mattino ci ha regalato bellissime albe. Condizionatore incluso nel prezzo. La sistemazione è per sempre semplice anche se si vede che gli arredi sono stati acquistati di recente, ma per noi è stata perfetta. La titolare è sempre stata molto gentile e sorridente e pur non parlando la stessa lingua ci siamo sempre intesi. Per chi fosse interessato l'appartamento è vicinissimo alle grotte di Melissani (purtroppo noi non le abbiamo viste perchè c'era un'ora di attesa...). L'unica cosa che consiglio è di portarsi dei tappi se si vuole dormire con le finestre aperte perchè l'altro lato della struttura affaccia su una strada e quindi il rumore potrebbe dare fastidio; se si chiudono le finestre e si utilizza il condizionatore non si sente quasi più nulla. Grazie mille per tutto!

Veramente un tugurio propietario è l'ignoranza in persona studios con vista muro bagno che si allaga facendo una normale doccia , condizionatore in funzione solo dopo un pagamento plus,nonostante le lamentele anche di altri clienti non abbiamo più visto il propietario che si fa vivo solo all'arrivo di nuovi polli da spennare dimenticavo il cattivo odore della stanza,evitate evitate
