We stayed here a few years ago. It was the worst hotel experience in my life. Tthe owner/manager of the hotel is a terrible and rude person. The mosquito net of the room we stayed in was worn out and dysfunctional, and we expressed this to the hotel owner. He said he would check. The next day, he asked us in a very rude and high tone, what did you do to the mosquito net, where is it! His English was also very bad, he kept repeating the same question when we answered how can we know it. He tried to blame us as if we had broken it, I think he intended to charge us for the repair of something that was already broken and torn! He never hesitated to shout at us in front of other hotel guests, moreover, we had our 1-year-old baby in our arms. Even though the hotel staff were there, I guess they couldn't say anything because of their fear. He was always yelling at them in front of the guests anyway. On the day of check out they had prepared a gift for us to supposedly apologize, but no gift can compensate for this behavior. Although several years have passed, I cannot forget this bad experience. In addition to all these, the hotel was also very neglected and very poorly cleaned. The number of employees was insufficient. The breakfast was stale. It felt like an abandoned hotel. I never recommend.
