The hotel is good, the animation team is very good, the welcome at the first entrance is very good, thank you Mr. Şenol, the staff is very good, but I do not recommend the spa and Turkish bath section of the hotel, there are people who stick like glue and disturb you throughout your holiday, do not pay attention to them, the beach is a problem for families with children, why is it because it is not sandy, it is stony, and the depth starts after 2 meters, the hotel is a combination of two hotels, families usually stay in the old hotel, everything is very old, but this does not prevent you from enjoying it, the food is good, I recommend it, thank you Murat Onur and Ezgi from the animation team, they are very attentive.

Our family vacationed at this hotel in July 2024. The most budget hotel. We bought a last minute tour there, so I won't make excuses. It's cheap, but it would have been better to pay extra and go somewhere else. Definitely not 5*. Distance from the airport is 3.5 hours. Very long. The hotel itself consists of two buildings. In building A, the rooms are visually better and the building itself is not that old, and we were placed in building B. Of course, it is far from all the hotel parties, there is a quiet pool nearby, but ... it is very old. The elevator is slow, one does not work at all. Cleaning is -2 stars. I have never seen anything like this. They ask you if you need to clean???? My children and I always slept off our shoulders after lunch, and at this time he came to clean. A couple of times she only wiped the floor and took the towels in front of us. We had to walk twice so that the cleaning and change of linen took place. But this is still not cleaning. On the first day, there was sea pebbles in the shower (the children were in bathing suits), and they remained there until the last day. They didn't even clean them. They never wiped the dust. The only soap in the shower was poured into the dispenser and that's it. Next: towel rental is 10 euros each. They are returned when you return the towels, the Internet is paid - 3 euros per day for only one device. I have been to many places in Turkey, but this is too much. The hotel has its own exit to the beach through a tunnel, there are two shops nearby with the bare necessities. There are only 3 large swimming pools and three children's pools on the hotel grounds. The central one only has all the animation, music and slides. At the same time, there are so many people that you can't push through. People were shoving the sun loungers at 7.00. It is easier to go to the sea or to the distant quiet pool, where there was always space. The beach is with small pebbles, but in this area on the coast there are large stones in the sea, even slabs. During our vacation, there were always big waves and they swept you off your feet. You need to have water shoes on your feet, it doesn't hurt to go in. There are places with only rocks, but people only take pictures there. There is a pier for swimming, but it is for another hotel. The sea is of course beautiful and clean, but the rocks are numbing. If you fall, you will definitely get hurt. The bar by the main pool has alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00, but there is a large selection. On the beach there is only juice and water, tea and coffee. There are also bars working according to their own snow schedule, where you can have a snack until 17.09, there are burgers, pasta, potatoes, there is a sweet bar with donuts and sweets. The restaurant in the main building had standard food, a large selection, but there was always something to eat. They served both fish and meat. There is a children's table, everything is very simple there, it is convenient for children to put it on their own. All the food is without any special oriental spices, and this is good. Those who needed to chose their own seasonings. There is no porridge for breakfast!!!!!!! You will not feed the children. Always omelette and boiled eggs. Sometimes soaked rice with milk, but it is impossible to eat. Children ate cereal and pancakes. But always in all prisms write there are two types of soups. Very tasty. Animation with the hotel is not very interesting. It happens and better. Children's disco at 21.30, it is late.
