Bed got bug's , disturbing night sleep.
Room floor a bit dirty.
Bath-room got Cockroaches, disturbing and disgusting ambient.
Need to improve more on cleanliness.

My room number was 202
Below were the defective items:
1. Shower water heater sprinkler was not proper function.
2. Toilet bowl water tank was shaking and water seeping out.
3. Clothing cabinet hanger bar not firm, dropping easily.
4. Wifi VERY weak, inside the room unable to connect, must go outside corridor.
5. Hand washing sink water tap function defectively.

Bad service, only good security guards, all employees have bad service. Be prepared to be angry when you are there.

No good service pekerja Di counter melihat costumer dari penampilan if no good looking dia orang macam no layan. Very bad hotels 👎🏿. Mineral water avery day if want harus call 👎🏿 after cleaning also never give tawel, harus call and hantar.
