Very unfriendly staff. We always had the impression that we were disturbing them. When we were greeted in the restaurant, we were greeted with a harsh "cards" (for the room cards). There was no answer to our good morning. Even the simplest English was not understood, and German was even less understood. This made communication very difficult. Drink orders were not taken, plates were not cleared away... there were no coffee cups left by 8:30 a.m. The food was OK. Breakfast was mediocre. There was hard bread and rolls. The pool was nice, but apart from two chairs there were no other places to sit. This meant that it was impossible to sit by the pool between treatments, for example. You couldn't book any other treatments on site. You would have had to reserve them in advance. There are no offers for this on the website, however; we had specifically looked. The car park is small and usually full. You have to park in the city center. In conclusion, we won't be coming back.
