The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

The hotel is good. Clean, nice large rooms and a good breakfast, with a variety of choice. The SPA is included in the price, bathrobes and towels in the room, but he indoor pool is too small for so many guests. Also, they charge the parking 17 euro/night, which I find too expensive.

The hotel is a good value choice in Karlovy Vary. Lots of polished wood and brass, with everything spotlessly clean. The rooms were fine for a short stay but not spacious; there was a small balcony. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is well located near the start of the walk up to the Diana tower viewpoint, and just a short walk into the town centre. There is secure parking available.

Very unfriendly staff. We always had the impression that we were disturbing them. When we were greeted in the restaurant, we were greeted with a harsh "cards" (for the room cards). There was no answer to our good morning. Even the simplest English was not understood, and German was even less understood. This made communication very difficult. Drink orders were not taken, plates were not cleared away... there were no coffee cups left by 8:30 a.m. The food was OK. Breakfast was mediocre. There was hard bread and rolls. The pool was nice, but apart from two chairs there were no other places to sit. This meant that it was impossible to sit by the pool between treatments, for example. You couldn't book any other treatments on site. You would have had to reserve them in advance. There are no offers for this on the website, however; we had specifically looked. The car park is small and usually full. You have to park in the city center. In conclusion, we won't be coming back.

Dieses Hotel ist eins der besten die ich bis jetzt bewundern durfte es ist barrierefrei und man kann sich massieren lassen es gibt auch noch einen guten Pool und ein Frühstück man kann sich auch ein Abendessen kaufen wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Geräumige Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Parken ist nicht gesichert trotz Zusage. Das Hotel befindet sich mehr oder weniger im Nirvana. Auf den Straßen hier ist das Parken komplett verboten. Wenn der Hotelparkplatz für 17 Euro/Tag voll ist bleibt nur unten im Ort das Parken und mit dem Taxi wieder zum Hotel. Personal unkoordiniert. Nicht mal Abends draußen am der Sitzecke Kerzen oder Licht. Essen ist woanders besser. Frühstück max. 3 Sterne.

Freundlicher Empfang. Dad Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück, alles da, was man braucht. Abends Buffet mit toller und schmackhafter Auswahl. Wellnessbereich und Angebote rund um Massagen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder her kommen. Einzig wenn man Probleme hat mit Füssen hat ist der Einstieg in die Badewanne zugleich Dusche sehr hoch und ohne Haltegriffe.

Ein Spa Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Jugendstil Villa, umfunktioniert in ein Spa Hotel. Obwohl ich direkt buchte, bekam ich ein Zimmer, das an Größe und Beweglichkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Dies gilt insbesondere für das Badezimmer, in dem vor dem Waschbecken Enge herrscht. Das Personal ist freundlich, Die Masseure fähig, sie freuen sich über ein kleines Trinkgeld.
