"We didn't have high expectations when choosing the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel's design was a unique highlight, featuring a very old yet fully functional lift that added character to our stay. To our surprise, the hotel also offered its own parking right behind the building, which, despite a small fee, was more affordable than other options. Overall, for a two-night stay, this hotel was a great find in such a magnificent city.

The staff was very kidness and nice. The room was big (45m²!). The style of the hotel and rooms is beautyful. The location is very good. Twice we received a perconal complement from the hotel (nice deserts for our children).

During our two-night stay at this hotel, we had a wonderful experience. It's central location allowed us easy access to all the attractions in the city. The breakfast was delightful, and the rooms featured distinctive architectural details. The only drawback was the parking situation, but we were informed that they are currently building their own. We look forward to this improvement, as it's not common to find convenient parking options in the heart of the city.

Heluan, un hôtel qui n’en a que le nom. Se loger à prix raisonnable dans cette somptueuse ville thermale de Karlovy Vary, tellement touristique, une vraie gageure…Les hôtels sont ici plutôt grand luxe ! C’est pour cela que notre choix s’est orienté sur cet « hôtel » : aucun personnel d’accueil, tout se passe par messagerie interposée ! Le code pour ouvrir la porte d’entrée, le jeu de piste pour obtenir la clé de la chambre, comprendre le fonctionnement de l’ascenseur (hôtel à 4 étages), etc. Le seul élément qui distingue cet airbnb, c’est le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre… qui est bien, sans plus, puisque la personne de service est seule, et a donc du mal à suivre pour l’approvisionnement. Mais le plus compliqué, c’est d’arriver à accéder à cet hôtel situé en plein centre-ville, puisqu’il faut appeler au téléphone pour faire baisser les bornes rétractables qui permettent d’accéder à la rue Trziste. En effet, les indications données dont maladroites, alors je vous donne ce conseil : il faut arriver par la voie Divaldelni nam, et se présenter devant les bornes de la rue Trziste, au pied du feux rouge. L’autre solution est d’arriver par le haut rue Zamecky Vrch, ce que l’on a fait pour le départ. Mais où l’on frôle avec l’escroquerie, c’est quand l’offre de l’hotel indique « un parking privé est disponible sur place » ! Cela veut dire qu’il n’appartient pas à l’hôtel, mais surtout qu’il se trouve très loin de l’hôtel à 1,5 km mini !! (pour 14 à 18 euros la journée en 2024). Je ne saurais donc trop vous conseiller d’étudier avant votre départ, la position des 7 parkings couverts de la ville sur Google Maps et de prendre en compte les dénivelés de cette ville construite dans un trou… Points positifs : l’hôtel est sain, calme, très bien placé pour se balader à pied en ville, les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses, les matelas sont bons et il y a suffisamment de pression pour l’eau de la baignoire au 4eme étage… Mais il ne faut pas en demander plus, car l’immeuble est un peu décrépi et rafistolé de bric et de broc, sans véritable maintenance. Pour 1 ou 2 nuits de passage, c’est très bien, mais le rapport qualité / prix reste moyen. Heureusement, la ville possède un charme fou, et vous allez rapidement tomber in love…
