We have stayed at the Prezident hotel for a few days in June 2024. This was our first experience with the hotel and now we are sure that not the last one. We have ben enthusiastic from the beginning of our stay. The hotel is like a well-adjusted machine working on high professional levels starting from chambermaids through the hotel reception, restaurant staff on the 2nd floor, balneology on the 8th floor and ending with the head physician MUDr. Milada Sárová. All staff has treated us kindly and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, mantained daily, equipped with the TV and free wifi connection. Fantastic food served in a large variety for all daily meals in a buffet style was pleasant surprise to us every day. Vegetable salads, fruits, cheeses, sweets and icecreams were always included. The services and curative procedures at the balneology department, selected at the beginning of our stay on the basis of the entrance interview with MUDr. Sárová, were highly professional, pleasant, and provided by always smiling and communicative staff. Swimming pool equipped with the built-in water massage jets and several kinds of sauna were good choices for relaxing. The open-air terrace offering wonderfull view of the Karlovy Vary city was the good place for the rest in comfortable armchairs after the procedures. Good point of the hotel is its location close (few minutes walk) to several hot mineral water springs which makes easy to drink mineral waters before each meal as recommended. Summed up: the Prezident hotel is one of the best places we have ever visited. It might be the best choice for those who look for the high level accomodation, healthy and well-balanced gastronomy, and highly professional balneology curative and wellness services. You may have a great time there and feel like at home.

It was my frist visit to this charming city. Heard so much about it from many friends whom been there Being there is kuch different than just hearing about it This nested hotel not far from the centre and strategically located was the perfect place for me to unwind It was a long stay lasting 14 days. So literally had the time to experience almost all facilities and services It is relatively small hotel however GRAND in its services, generosity، and friendliness After a while it didnt only feel like home, it was home Without exception all of team from different departments were there to serve The reception l, housekeeping، Spa, and the Food and beverage The food was consistently prepared to ghe highest quality and standards Safe to say it is rare to maintain it 3 meals a day every day Just amazing Will go back for sure
