Good things: Beautiful architecture, decent sized room, fairly comfortable bed, use of spa facilities, nice staff who tried their best to help you, asking which language you spoke, no one nagging you, chilled bar, breakfast included. Less good things: The 100s of steps and hills to get to the place. We didn't see any buses in all the time we were lugging around suitcases..or taxis (we did try!) so it was really hard work. Better signage would help. Better/thicker curtains required in the room so the light doesn't wake you up at the crack of dawn. Checking in took ages. Only two staff on reception having to deal with lots of things, so not their fault but the company need to employ more FOH staff. Guest are tired and want to get to their room. The pool was freezing and it should be warmer to sit under the water shoots. (all other spa facilities were fine) The tunnels are hard to navigate and dark in places. Some of it made me feel like Nurse Rachett was going to appear! Most signs are still in Russian. A tip- follow the brown tiles to lead you there.

Ресторан не соответствует заявленным 4 звезды. Это что то между третьесортной забегаловкой и тюремной столовой. Выбор блюд очень скудный и практически одинаковый каждый день. Например на обед есть выбор макароны с курицей или макароны с рыбой хек. На следующий день гречка с курицей или курица с ... гречкой. Самая дешёвая нарезка овощей, практически отсутствие молочной продукции (творог или йогурт не было ни разу), скудные десерты и фрукты. Наличие на столах белых скатертей не делает столовую рестораном.

Superbe hôtel ! Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et large choix de sucré ou salé. L'hôtel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments, sur plusieurs niveaux, on monte, on descend, ce qui peut être assez cocasse comme expérience, mais qui ajoute une petite touche de charme à ce charmant hôtel. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont agréables pendant le séjour.

Wir wurden freundlich auf deutsch empfangen. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr gross, aber ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Stadt. Ich genoss mit meinem Hund den gegenüberliegenden Wald mit schönen Spazierwegen. Das Personal in der Bar war sehr nett und um seine Gäste bemüht. Das Hotel war voll belegt (Silvester), dadurch kam es beim Frühstück, auf Grund mangelnder Organisation zu langen Warteschlangen an der Kaffeetheke.Am selben Tisch standen auch Saftautomat und der Heisswassserkessel für Tee.

Die Anfahrt war für uns eine Katastrophe. Wir haben 7 Stunden im PKW warten müssen, weil von der Polizei wegen eines Radrennens die Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel gesperrt hat. Der Service war nicht gerade gut. Deutsch sprechen wie im Prospeckt beschrieben konnten wir nur bei einem Mitarbeiter fesstellen. Der Parkplatz war ca: 60 Meter vom Haupttor entfernt. Wir mussten jedesmal den Torschlüssel holen, wen wir abfuhren und wieder zurück kamen. Das Essen war eine Katrastrophe. Jede Essenausgabe und Lebensmittelausgabe für bedürftige Bürger hat ein besseres Angebot zur Auswahl, als dieses sogenannte 4 Sterne-Hotel, das eigentlich nur 2 Sterne haben dürfte. Auch die Verwirrung zu den Behandlungen war wie ein Labyrinth. Eigentlich wollten wir schon am 2. Tag wieder abreisen, so wie es auch ein anderes Ehepaar getan hat. Dieses Hotel können wir überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Hätten wir es doch bloß gemacht und wären am 2. Tag abgereist. Wir hätten dann den auf uns zukommenden Ärger, den wir hatten, dadurch vermeiden können.

Personal an der Rezeption katastrophal. unfreundlich und überfordert. Beim Einchecken jjeden Tag eine Schlange bisz zu 30 Minute Wartezeit, Personals spricht teilweise kein Deutsch (die Meisten) fast kein Englisch. Zimmerreinigung teilweise nicht durchgeführt Personal generell nicht freundlich Lage des Hotels schlecht, Innen extreme Gänge, 380 Schritte vom Zimmer zum Pool, Umsteigen vom unteren Eingang in der Stadt 3x Lift und ca 300 m vom Eingang bis zum Zimmer (!) Parkplatzweit entfernt , Strasse vor dem Hotel wurde am Abreisetag wegen des Marathons gesperrt. Eine Verständigung durch das Hotel erfolgte nicht!, Keine Hinweistafel... obwohl vom Hotel viele Gäste abreisten. Extrem wichtig ist bei Autoanreise ein vorgebuchter Parkplatz. Leute die das nicht getan haben wurden in die Parkgarage ca 1200 m entfernt geschickt. Das bett war alt und durchgelegen.Wir hatten eine Suite im Bristol Palace, Keine Freiflächen zum draussen sitzen (wir hatten aber ohnehin Schlechtwetter). Fotos das war ein gemachtes Zimmer? Die Tasse und der Wasserkocher sahen 3 Tage so aus, wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Beim Teekocher KEIN Kaffee - "wir haben keinen Kaffee, das ist bei uns nicht üblich" Gefallen: · Ausreichendes Frühstück, beim Kaffeeautomaten bis zu 25 min Wartezeit (!) Sehr schon Aussucht vom Hotel, Hotel in sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand Insbesonders Aussen toll hergerichtet. Zimmerpreis angemessen

8 лет как отдыхали в Карловах Варах. Каждый год ждали с нетерпением лето. После пондемии с большой радостью 29 июля 2022 прибыли и остановились в Бристоль Палас.В первый же день оказалось что обед состоит только из супа( баланды) и салатов (остатки овощей). Не смотря на то что в других отелях обед был на уровне. Осмотр врача не смотря на оплаченный пакет дополнительно 50€. Анализы тоже. Но это не все. На 4- й день ночью в 1:40 проснулись на шум в комнате. Включив свет в комнате обнаружили штук 20-25 летучих мыщей. С ужасом вышли из комнаты обратились к персоналу. Прошло 20 минут пришел сотрудник. Посмотрел и признался что не сможет помочь так как их очень много. Нам предоставили другой номер на ночь. Утром когда вернулись мыщей не было. Но комната была испачкана полностью .На утро почистили комнату нам дали вентилятор чтобы спали с закрытыми окнами. Когда мы сказали чтоб установили на окна сетки нам ответили Это Европа! Сетки в Европе только в столовой. В этой Европейской столовой собаки заходили вместе со всеми. 10 августа был день отъезда. Нам нужно было покинуть отель в 3:40 утра. Хотели поспать 3 часа перед отъездом, но в 1 ночи опять прилетели гости. На этот раз повезло всего 5 мышей. Уже имея опыт полотенцеми вывели их. Закрыв окна пылая от жары ,переждали до 3 ночи и уехали. Жаль. Прекрасная природа, имидж остается в прошлом. Успела снять во второй раз на видео.Фото из видео прилагается.

Auf den ersten Blick ein tolles Hotel, wenn man genauer hinschaut erkennt man sehr deutlich, dass der Schein trügt und das Haus sehr! abgewohnt und verbraucht ist, eine Renovierung/Modernisierung dringend erforderlich wäre… Am Schlimmsten war das Frühstück, bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwartet man schon ein wenigstens annähernd anständiges Angebot, aber Fehlanzeige!!! Hier geht es im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes um Abspeisung und nicht darum, den Gast in seinem Urlaub zu verwöhnen. Das Personal war zwar stetig bemüht, aber wenn weder Tschechisch, Englisch oder Deutsch als Sprache zur Verständigung möglich ist, sondern von allen nur Russisch gesprochen wird, ist es sehr sehr schwierig…
