The rooms get very hot at night. We booked breakfast beforehand but no one was at reception all morning to give us the breakfast. I tried calling them and contacting them via email, but even three weeks after, I haven't heard back from them about my complaint and my money hasn't been refunded.

Everything was fine, top service. with the exception of the check in process. Thanks to a Lady receptionist. Who came to my rescue since the final stage during the check in process was faulty. This was at 21.00. After a very long drinvind distance day

As a concept I like the idea of capsules. It's like a hostel but with your own private space. On the surface area24/7 was well presented and modern. However: - I have real issue with the entire place not having a single member of staff to speak to and ask questions. The entire process was automated including checking-in. If you do have an issue or a question then you have to WhatsApp a number. This may work for some people but took away the humanistic approach for me. - On the plus side there is a kitchen to use on the negative there were only knifes in the cutlery draw, no forks or spoons. -There was no hot water in the shower/ bathroom sinks and the pressure of the water was weak. - The TV in the capsule was 'turned off' and could not be used. Why, if I'm paying for the room I want to use it's facilities. I also want more than a very short and unapologetic WhatsApp message explaining this. - The price, you are paying for the novelty of capsules. It's a glorified hostel at the same price I paid for a hotel the night before. - Capsules are, I'm my view only suitable for solo travelers. Who don't mind been confined into small spaces.

Open plan room with honeycomb beds. The Japanese original is poorly and carelessly copied. In the morning it smells like a puma cage. The locker lock is missing when opened, another guest had money stolen from his wallet. A concept without staff needs a well-programmed check-in (the program wanted to check me out straight away instead of creating a keycard for me. Details like the function of the safe in the honeycomb bed remained mysterious.
