This is a great place to be in Karwar. I would put it Upsides and Down Sides. Upsides: 1) Excellent Location, Out Of The Hustle and Bustle Of Karwar Town Yet Within 5 Minutes From Karwar 2) More Than 50% of the property is covered by the river Kali. 3) They have a inhouse Water Sports/Activities team which does excursions to island, Mussels collecting experience and does some watersport activities including a sunset cruise ride. They have their own Docks 5) They have made very scenic seating area's in the property. 6) The Host and team are very encouraging and happy to help. Down Side: 1) This being a government owned property which is run by a pvt partner, it is open for other visitors as well. From 4 to 8 in the evening the property is visited by many non guests.
