We had a superb experience at sterling karwar for year end holidays. Near and Clean rooms. Quick service all around. Good food. I am thankful to sterling karwar for giving me an early check-in and late check-out despite high season. We had a good conversation and a nice meeting with the Sterling training head Mr. Vivek Sharma. All the staff are really polite and well behaved. Front office people are really helpful.

The staff are friendly and courteous. We reached late as we were travelling from far. The hotel is right on the Nh66 highway and very convenient. They upgraded us to a suite room. The rooms are clean, spacious, and with balcony in both the inner and outer room. Each room had a separate ac and partition to make the temp in each different. Room comes with a locker, huge TV, huge sofa and side chairs. It is part of the Sterling chain and it shows. The breakfast spread was decent as well. Would definitely stay again if in Karwar. Food was great and tasty.

Situated at a brilliant location, the staff of the hotel is very friendly. I went with my family in Aug which is considered an off season here and the restaurant was being upgraded however there was no compromise in the taste of the food. The chief specially got the fish for us which is not available in Mumbai and made a custom made vegetable which was not in menu. Thanks to chef Modiyem Rahaman and his team for hospitality. Also rooms are quit clean and spacious.

The room was clean and a good layout.There was ample water /coffee/tea/milk sachets The toiletries was good too. The toilet was clean and the towels were super white too. The house keep was excellent. The interior of the building was clean . The gym machines need’s servicing .Some machines need urgent replacements too.The gym is a neglected area- needs revamping.The swimming pool too needs major tiles replacement. The external walkway or the passage needs cleaning and maintenance. The restaurant food is good but rates are exorbitant.

Staff named pratiksha was very nice and provided nice service ... Hospitality was very good and it was a overall nice experience...staff were very friendly and helpful... amenities were plentiful and enjoyable...the restaurant was good .

We got the best experience of the property in this place in such a affordable rate good service as well as all the staffs were good the housekeeping front office especially front office was too supportive and we had a wonderful days here Thanks Sterling for this stay

Awesome premises, very helpfull staff specifically प्रतीक्षा & Aakash are very attentive and starve to assist all the time. Game zone is very good , all the games are in good working condition . Will love to visit again . All the sight seeing places are very near from the premises.

All facilities are excellent, staff is very courteous. Akash and Prateeksha were taking care of all requirements personally. The lawns, center garden, games area and pool are well maintained. Exit to the private beach on the rear was a good surprise for a lovely sunset view. Great experience.
