Delight!
The location is perfect, the view from the terrace and pool is breathtaking.
Private quiet beach, beach towels are provided. There is a cafe above the beach, where hotel guests are served tea and cake in the late afternoon. The food in the cafe is also very tasty at normal prices.
The room and bathroom are comfortable, clean and modern.
The breakfast is good, but standard, not very varied.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just like in the photos. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the balcony with the beautiful view. I would definitely come back and can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

The hotel has no elevator, the room is small, and the bathroom is small. There should be more choices in Kas for the same price. But the staff are friendly, it's far away from the business district, it's relatively quiet, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful.

By the end of this year, I will have stayed at Aqua Princess 14 times! Already booked two stays to look forward to. It’s home from home for us, so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, not too close nor too far from the hub of the beautiful town and marina of Kas. Aqua Princess staff are more like family, and certainly forever friends now. The room are clean and airy with the most amazing views across to the Greek island. Boat trips over are a must and a regular treat. Food at the hotel is better than basic and excellent value. Will we be going again? Try and stop us!!

It is my first review, cause i am not that kind of person who always do it, but this time i really want to do it, cause it is really a good, place, with heart and soul...and even that fact, that it's not a 5-star hotel, still makes me feel the same. The stuff- so heartopen, so hospitable, always with a smile...and the room- always clean, fresh water in bottles every day...it is just that place, where you want to get back after your day, absolutely! The atmosphere, the sea view, the music on a bar....really full of soul. Thank you, Cappari Aqua Princess, for unforgettable summer holidays...wish you the best!

They say that Thailand is the land of smiles, but there’s a smaller one. It’s the AquaPrincess in Kas. The staff, everyone can’t do enough for you. Nothing, but nothing is a bother. Room cleaned daily - spotlessly. Fantastic buffet breakfast with new daily dishes. Only slight downside are the stairs as there ain’t no lift. From ground level to room 301, there are 99. Bit of an effort at my age. Only been home for 3 days, but seriously considering booking for 2025. Oh, and the barman plays some pretty good stuff - but not too loudly

Amazing location. But there is no lift in this hotel. So all bags have to be carried up, since the family rooms are on higher floors the walk upstairs was quite a bit. Reception dint inform free water is only given on day one.. Rest days they charged us. Also no telephone in the room. Nor there was a tea or water kettle in the room, so no tea coffee. Breakfast options were very limited. They charged us in breakfast for pomegranate juice also. Please take buses to kaputas beach which was hardly 20 lira per person, whereas the hotel staff told us to take taxis. Please walk a lil down to the main centre and take buses they are super convenient
