Hotel Route Inn Kasai Hojonoshuku

部屋・風呂の清潔感に不満有り 要改善求めます。 朝食も開始６時４５分だけど　行列が長すぎて食べる意欲が消えて　結果損した感しか残らない。もっと理路整然とこなして欲しい。

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and delicious breakfast. However, I had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant "M-fu" where we had dinner, which was just a short walk away. There was a wide variety of menu items in the private rooms, and we ordered about seven dishes for two people. After the sake and rice were brought, the food did not arrive for about an hour. Just when I wanted to cancel and leave the restaurant, the female waitress left the food without a word of "I'm late". I felt that I was treated carelessly and it was unpleasant. My companion, who is knowledgeable about food, was indignant, saying, "The ingredients do not seem to be homemade, they are ready-made food such as frozen foods." The sushi that arrived last was the worst I have ever seen. The toppings and rice were miniature size. It was sushi like the ones sold at convenience stores. Every dish was at the level of "Do they really charge money for such things?" There was no detailed breakdown of the bill, and it seemed high for what I ordered, so I asked for the details. The waiter brought me something written down with a dissatisfied look on his face, and when I looked, I saw that he had charged me for the venue fee and even the tea I ordered at the end (130 yen). The woman, who was probably the owner, glared at me as if she didn't like being asked for the details, and didn't even say "thank you" even though I had paid the large amount. This was the first time I'd ever experienced something like this, and it ruined my otherwise enjoyable holiday. It was the most unpleasant restaurant I've ever been to!!

Something strange is happening to my favorites... Perhaps due to a lack of staff or the weekly plan, cleaning is done once every three days, and there are no options for the day.
