I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The experience was great, the silence was most welcomed during the stay. The food was ok but consider serving one soft drink ie soda or water with every meal.

I had an amazing experience at Great Rift Valley Lodge. The staff are super amazing, meals were delicious, and spacious rooms. Great thanks to Kaimenyi, Jyneann, Joan, Hudson, Michael, and everyone else. I look forward to revisiting in the future.

The rooms ( for Open Capital) were comfortable and offered beautiful views. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. Hudson at the restaurant was welcoming and frequently checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory during meal times. I definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors.

My firm lodged us at the resort for a training and it was a great experience. The environment was serene, the rooms were great and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. Definitely thinking of going back some time!

I stayed at Great rift valley for 2 days and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. My room was very comfortable, and the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all excellent with great variety and consistently fresh food. The gym and the hotel grounds were a major highlight as well very peaceful, clean and well maintained. I also want to appreciate the entire team across departments — from the drivers, to the servers and the culinary team, and especially Hezbon the trainer at the gym — everyone I interacted with was warm, attentive and professional. They truly contributed to a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would however like to give special recognition to Cecilia. She welcomed me so warmly on arrival, took time to give me a tour of the grounds, personally guided me to my room, checked in on me during my stay and supported me again at checkout. She was friendly, thoughtful, insightful and genuinely made my stay feel personal. This level of hospitality and care makes all the difference. I would absolutely return in the future — and Cecilia, along with the broader team, would be a big part of that decision.
