I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The experience was great, the silence was most welcomed during the stay. The food was ok but consider serving one soft drink ie soda or water with every meal.

Amazing experience. The place is green and serene and quiet, animals walkig the grounds in the evenings- Zebra, dik dik and warthog. It was beautiful. Great customer service from the welcome team -Jennie and Chis with moving us throughout the expansive hotel. The massage 💆♀️ was relaxing. Food was tasty. The rooms are well oriented, clean and equipped for a relaxing stay. I love the shower, perfect temperature, perfect pressure. Overall 10/10 experience

We were organizing an event at the place and we met a very kind manager by the name Mr. Waziri his customer service was top notch a very kind gentleman. The views are amazing and you get to see wildlife around .Very clean place
