The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the old town. The staff are also exceptionally welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Plus, they offer delicious fruit, and the hygiene conditions are very clean. It's highly recommended; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is clean and sanitary, and offers free airport transfers. The driver is a handsome Uyghur guy. Even though the plane was delayed for an hour, he was still very friendly. The breakfast is very nutritious, and any food that is out will be replenished promptly, unlike some hotels where you feel like you are eating leftovers if you arrive late. The laundry room has a housekeeper who will run it for you, so you no longer have to carry a box of dirty clothes home. It was a very happy stay.

The service was excellent, attentive, patient, and welcoming. However, the facilities were lacking: the room was poorly soundproofed, and the breakfast was average. We stayed two nights in a row. The first night was next to the hallway, and the noise kept us awake all night. We could clearly hear people going up and down the stairs. Light sleepers should choose carefully or bring earplugs. After discussing the situation, we changed rooms on the second night, which was slightly better. However, the noise from the neighbors who were late sleepers was still clear, and I suspect it was a problem with the wall.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town, but considering how congested traffic can be around the old city, staying at a closer hotel and walking is much more convenient. There's parking available right in front of the hotel, though spaces are limited. You can also park for free in the residential area next to the hotel. The front desk staff and all the other employees were very welcoming and provided excellent service. They even offered complimentary snacks and fruit at the front desk, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast selection was also quite good.

I drove my family to the First People's Hospital to check my body. The hotel chain I booked was beyond my expectation. The room was cleaned very meticulously, clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The hotel staff was warm and caring, and the parking lot at the entrance was very convenient. There is a gas station and a charging pile opposite the hotel. What surprised me was that the breakfast at such a favorable price was so rich, and it felt a little cheap.
