Great hotel in great location, walkable to everywhere in Kashgar ancient city, food, etc.
We come back here for the 2nd night after Tashkurgan. The room was cleaned, nice and modern.
There is a coffee machine at the lobby, the staff at the front desk always help us with the coffee.
The staffs also gave us a late check out as we have to catch evening flight.
Staffs at front desks and security are great, helpful and good service-minded, they always greet and welcome us with smiles, help with luggage. But they keep asking to put 5-star rating. It’s understandable if you ask once or twice. It’s a bit too annoying to be asked for 5-star like 10 times during our check out process.
Despite some downsides above, we would stay at this hotel again if we come back in Kashgar.

A pet-friendly hotel in the bustling area of Kashgar. I stayed here for three days on a business trip and it was quite nice. When I came back, I planned to stay for another ten days. The breakfast, service, facilities, etc. were all very good and complete. I don't require anything flashy. I can recommend everyone to stay here!

The room was OK. The store upgraded me for free. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. Outside the window was the busy Jiefang Road. Everything else was OK, except that it was already past nine in the evening when I checked in. The noise from the road was clearly audible. It didn't help even if I closed the windows and drew the curtains. I didn't sleep well the whole night and checked out at five in the morning.
