Good location next to Kashgar old town.
The room is in need of refurbishment. Amenities are worn-out. Toilet has bad sewage odor.
Staff working in the AM restaurant are nonchalent.

The location is perfect, just next to the kashagr old town.
The room is worn out. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet bowl.
The staff working in the restaurant do not look motivated with life and work. It was interesting to observe their laid-back nonchalant attitude at my breakfast. :p

I stayed here with my two kids under four years old and loved the experience. The hotel is located at a prime of location where Eid Gah is two mins walk away and the pedestrian food street and ancient city right across the road. The hotel is generally very clean, however as I entered my room I did feel like the floor needed better mopping. I could clearly see that some diet residue has been smeared all over the floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they were very cooperative with my inability to understand Chinese. Breakfast is amazing. They offer a great variety of items from fruits to bread and drink and soups/bean paste. I did notice that the bread was stale but there were definitely other options available. You can also do laundry without having to buy your own detergent 🥹 on the 5th floor. I did twice. 😄 My life was made so much easier with kids. I am so going to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is the best it can get in the heart of the old town..the staff is very friendly and helps as good as the can although communication in English can be a little difficult. For the very low price I was surprised of the good cleanliness. Highly recommend this hotel for budget solo travelers or couples.

The location is excellent, the ancient city area is just outside the door, food and accommodation are convenient around, and it is very close to the airport~
The room is also very big. I don't know if it's because it's off-season, the price is very attractive
