Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Heating on the floor and in the bathroom during winter made it very cosy. Breakfast was cheap and good. Nice sweets at the lobby area too. The hotel staff also went through the hassle to help us to arrange airport pickup service even though we did not have a local phone number and there was some slight difficulty contacting us. will stay here again if we visit in future

Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

On the first day I stayed in 8323, I felt average. There was no light in the toilet and it was a bit dark. After I came back from Ta County, I stayed in 8227. It was too bad! The TV has a blue screen and the windows are prison bars, that's all!
Value for money:
Not recommended. Breakfast is not available for this price. They are available everywhere. It’s a scam.

Traveling to Kashgar, I stayed here for four nights and got a free upgrade to a family room for the last two nights. The hotel is beautiful and grand, and the rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. The service is very enthusiastic, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the breakfast is rich in variety. A pretty good hotel in the ancient city area!
