酒店是新裝修的，乾淨衞生，但是房間裏有一點味道，應該是下水道反上來的味道，隔音特別差，半夜隔別的人説話就像在床頭説話一樣。早餐的菜式不是很多，好在蔬菜水果都有。

訂的標準大床是無窗的，雙人房有窗但是內窗，跟無窗一樣，且房間面積比公佈的小很多，開空調要爬上床去才能開，還趕上停電又沒臘燭什麼都看不到，想升房得加錢，比攜程上貴，前台服務也很差

衞生還算滿意，環境一般，服務較差，設施較差，酒店環境整體一般特別小屬於鴿子籠式，雙床房沒有窗户，定的時候上面明明寫有窗，但是入住的時候是窗户朝着走廊，特別小的一個小窗户；然後服務人員還耍小聰明，給我入住辦的207房我都拿上卡了，突然另一個服務員説:“哦，這個207房間很小，我給你換一個216吧，比這個好一些”，結果我上去發現216更差勁，是一個異形房間更小，剛好旁邊207房門開着呢，我一看比216還好，我又下去總枱找他們他才什麼都不説了，又把207換給我了😡
