As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. When I checked in, the staff was warm and considerate and quickly arranged everything for me. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped to provide a satisfying experience. I will choose here again on my next business trip!

The room is spacious and clean, the beautiful Adila at the front desk is warm and service-oriented, the transportation is convenient and it is fast to call an online taxi, the price is affordable, the facilities are complete, there is free Wi-Fi, and there is a very cute little robot to deliver food. 來喀什一週，住了3家酒店，特別推薦24年8月8日剛開業的康鉑酒店，酒店乾淨整潔、全屋智能，考察後從對面20米的希爾頓歡朋搬過來。早餐出品地道可口，整體性價比非常高，體驗甚至優於深業麗笙酒店，是值得再次體驗的寶藏酒店。尤其感謝前台員工阿迪拉協助調整預訂送機車輛，因航班臨時調整，原9:30的送機要調整為早上6:30（酒店政策為10:00開始），竟然提供瞭如此超出期望值的服務，司機小伊凌晨3點從70公裡外家裡趕回來，車技嫻熟。下次來喀什，仍然入住該酒店。另前台主管阿卜杜和客房服務員也非常熱情友善。
