The front desk service is very unprofessional and impolite. They speak in dialect when nothing happens. It is completely different from my experience in the All Seasons in Altay... (Although I don't understand it, I feel like I'm being mocked)

We accidentally walked from the hotel to the main gate of Kashgar Old Town in almost 20 minutes. We saw Gaotai residential buildings opposite and walked around Gaotai residential buildings. 從塔縣回來繼續入住全季酒店，在疆內8個晚上，住全季全程無踩雷。服務很到位，睡的很踏實，酒店離古城很近，走之前又去逛了一圈古城！有個小小的建議，垃圾桶擺放的位置有點不是很好用，是否可以稍微改進一下，或者直接放茶几邊上，這樣我們方便丟垃圾！
