這次喀什之行，被這家酒店的服務徹底圈粉！原本預訂了6間靜謐大床房，到店後才發現是無窗房（怪自己預訂時沒細看），抱着試試的心態聯繫前台想升級，沒想到工作人員特別耐心。一開始推薦了免費升級的舒睡大床房，還主動説明窗户靠過道，考慮到我們同行帶了長者，又細緻介紹了需要補差價的房型。看完房直接驚艷——房間能俯瞰喀什古城全景，視野絕了，補的差價也很划算，完全物超所值！酒店設施用着很順手，最驚喜的是位置，離喀什古城超近，出門步行就能逛，長者出行特別方便。更貼心的是，我們原訂的房型不含早餐，前台居然主動免費贈送了，早餐種類超豐富，每天吃得很滿足。真心推薦給來喀什的朋友！別被網上那些想佔便宜沒成的惡意差評誤導，這家酒店的服務、位置和性價比，絕對值得一試！

酒店位置就在古城東門旁，大部分房型都能欣賞古城的美和城市的風景，酒店整體裝飾都很精緻，不僅可以通過酒店擺設對這座城市文化有所感觸，還可以對少數民族文化有初步的瞭解。酒店服務人員都非常的有責任心和敬業精神，尤其是扎經理、嘉嘉、佐合熱，服務意識極強，全天候在崗提供熱情周到的服務，房間清潔服務人員也是隨叫隨到。需要提醒的是晚上洗澡要早一點，否則晚了熱水會被其它住客用完。

房間衞生整潔，一開始我不會使用面盆水龍頭，以為是壞的，告知前台後很快有工程師上門服務，原來是要擰到中間位置才有熱水而不是紅色最大，比較可惜的是我們沒訂到有真實窗户的房間，內窗是一堵牆上掛了綠植和燈，感覺差很多。另外前台服務人員服務態度很好👍
