Atour Hotel Kashgar Gaotai Residential Buildings

The room was clean and cleaned every day. The store clerks were all very nice. They would greet us with a smile when we met. When we checked in, we made a rather stringent request that the room be quiet and have sunlight. The store clerk arranged it properly, and I must give it a thumbs up. Thanks to Tian Yi who saw us off at the airport, for getting us to the airport in time.

I stayed for 4 consecutive days and was touched by the warm reception of the Uyghur staff in the hotel, which is why I have not changed hotels. Every time I enter the door, the Uyghur security brother will say hello; the Uyghur lady at the front desk may not be proficient in business, but she is always warm, sincere and shy to help me; although the cleaning sister did not ask for room extension, my needs were met quickly and she would say hello every time she saw me in the corridor, which made me a little embarrassed 😂. The hotel is overall warm, but other staff at the front desk asked me about my accommodation experience every day and asked for good reviews, which was a bit unaccustomed. Finally, I wish Kashgar Atour to do better and better details like Atour in other cities, and continue to maintain the humanistic temperature~ I would like to say that yesterday's breakfast was delicious! The restaurant is clean and quiet!

The family room at Atour is very suitable for our family of three. The price of the Atour hotel next to the ancient city where we stayed for the previous two nights was much higher. After visiting Tashi County, we stayed here because the environment was good and the price was cheap. It was not far from the ancient city and the mineral water supply was sufficient, which was very friendly for people who love to drink water. Flowers and cakes were also sent, but unfortunately the child was allergic to dairy products and could not eat them. There is an airport pick-up service, and the hotel car will take you directly to the airport for an early morning flight.

The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was just the right size for me. The breakfast was also above standard, and the room type was upgraded for free. The view and configuration were very satisfactory. The most surprising thing was that the hotel proactively contacted me and said that it had free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was quite unexpected. Five points!
