The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was extremely poor, and she had a bad temper. The hotel was not soundproofed, and I didn't sleep well all night. I got up in the middle of the night to find the front desk and said that the room next door was too noisy. They ignored me and were very arrogant. The service awareness was poor.
