It was a great trip, especially with a few good friends. Although there was no opposite sex, it did not affect our enjoyment of life and emotional release!
The hotel is really perfect, with complete facilities, pleasant environment, and all three meals in the restaurant are well arranged. It was also a romantic party... Walking along the white beach in the morning and evening, riding a motorboat with the sunset... Perfect!
Next time, I can really bring my family to Sang Island for a trip. It is hospitable and the scenery is pleasant!
If you don't want to step on the pit of the hotel, come here!

I would like starting saying that the sea and the beach in front of the Gold is just incredible. The reception welcome you with smiles and they are so attentive to be there for you at any time, solving any issue that could emerge. I would like to thank the Gold Restaurant by the beach, starting from the executive chef and the sous chef Warren for making us feel at home, actually for letting us experience and savor the flavors of Zanzibar, for making us feel special (I highly recommend the tagliatelle and the lobster… simply spectacular!!!). To the staff of the Gold restaurant, especially Grace and Fadhila, for the exceptional and professional service, always attentive. Thank you to Issa and Lezingo for the smart entertainment never intrusive, always perceptive, and ready with a smile. To the staff of the Kilimanjaro restaurant for the incredible and delicious breakfasts, to Tuno for the always perfectly cooked eggs, and to Salma and all the waiters for their attention, care, and warm smiles. The food is just amazing!!! Finally, to Roberto, the hotel’s General Manager, as well as Ramses and Nicole, thank you for creating an incredible, welcoming, and high-level atmosphere, ensuring that the kindness and spirit of this island are highlighted and shared through the fantastic people that you are. Gold Zanzibar resort has offered an amazing experience during our stay here. We got an all inclusive package and we would rate it 10/10. The service, accommodation, service and resort is exceptional. The location is beautiful and there are resort offers a wide variety of entertainment during the day and at night with live music, dances, performances and therapy sessions. The staff is extremely considerate and helpful. Hakuma Matata!

The most amazing experience would 1000% return and recommend We went as a big family to celebrate my sisters birthdays and we still can’t believe how attentive the staff were and how special they made us feel. No request was too big, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beach and pool were incredible and we felt so so safe We also enjoyed the spa a lot!

The beaches in Zanzibar are NEXT LEVEL. If you’re anywhere near east Africa please do take a trip to Zanzibar and Daar-Es-Salam for the beautiful people, the gorgeous beaches, and the sumptuous food. This hotel was very family focused- great for a family and okay for friends, which the group of us were. It was a very well laid out resort, with lots of things for kids to do, close to things for adults to do, and overall the food choices were nice and varied. Highly recommend the beaches in Tanzania, especially the islands.

I called Gold To See if i and my fiancee who we just got engaged can book a table for dinner. I got Connected to Mr Anthony who is the head of food and beverage. What i thought was just a Normal dinner table turned to be the best surprise we could ever imagined. All this out of the honour for our engagement and we weren't even staying there. Everything from the moment we step in. The Care, the ambiance, the service. We are so Thankful Gold gave us this experience it was everything we needed and we have decided we will have our wedding there..... Thank You Gold and Mr Anthony
