very bad experience. it was third time stay, I won’t come back again.
still it has a nice view, but all others are getting worst. I had to call supervisor or manager to complain every single day regarding staffs unkindness and how they are un professional. such a very shame that Mora’s standard is getting worst. Certainly it is not a 5 stars standard.

Our stay at Mora has totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very nice and clean, food and drinks were very delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have spent 4 nights there during our honeymoon and everyone made us feel very special. Would highly recommend it to everyone and would be happy to stay there again

非常好的一次體驗。不管是住宿還是設施還是獨享海灘都很棒。餐廳主推Jua Grill，真的是超乎你的想象。亞洲餐廳就不要選了，需要避雷。Muyuni beach club 中午不需要預約，味道還是不錯的。自助餐廳每週六晚上有Bbq，很具有特色。酒店整體來説還是不錯的。

這個酒店好壞參半，先説有待提高的方面：
1/ 前台態度惡劣，完全無服務意識，訂的海景房被安排在一樓且完全無景的房間，與前台溝通無果，且遭遇強烈爭辯，聲稱此房型價格和和訂的一致，在陽光透過縫隙，有可能看見“一線”景。經半夜郵件投訴，才得以在第二日升級換房。入住時，除扔來一張房卡，並無必要briefing ,我連下載酒店服務app都是從XHS上查的，打前台撥什麼號碼也不知道！
2/ 酒店並無hotel limo ,如需出行，需要自行找出租車。
3/ 酒店有4個餐廳，但其中烤肉和亞洲菜餐廳用酒店App完全是無法預訂，衹能找customer relationship manager 幫忙才訂上。
好的方面如下：
1/酒店位置得天獨厚，海灘很美。
2/ 酒店實施一價全包，各個餐廳食品豐富，出品良好，服務態度好，酒吧，甜品屋也十分方便。餐廳的營業時間也安排合理。
3/性價比高，酒店目前剛滿一年，正在進行二期工程施工，人氣不錯。
4/在書面實名郵件投訴後，有負責人跟進並處理。
5/水上活動豐富，追海豚，喂海龜，撿海星，海上日落都不遠，安排方便。

優點：酒店非常大設施也不錯，很乾凈。單獨擁有一片海灘，可以租借沖浪設備之類的，出海追海豚也方便。 位置獨立離島上其他地方有點遠，感覺住1-2天就可以了。
缺點：服務感覺有點漫不經心的，中午預訂了beach club的午餐，到了之後竟然説我們的午餐有人吃了，還特別不相信我們的樣子。那個服務員的態度特別讓人生氣，都花了好幾千住酒店了，誰還能因為一頓午飯説謊呀。這個服務真的絕了，不知道服務員怎麼培訓的。花了幾千塊，服務還這麼糟心。 在這裏就別期待啥星級服務了，然後也別預訂特殊餐廳了，直接吃自助餐廳吧，省時省事還不會生氣。

機場下來還是挺遠的，但是進來後就像世外桃源一樣，酒店非常大，説房間有味道我沒有碰到，餐廳非常多，都很好吃，各種地域菜系都有。每天吃飽喝足躺平太長膘了。
