Wow!Where can I begin! The staff, the food , the facilities all amazing!Everyday we were welcomed by the loveliest people , particularly going into the restaurant, Pelcigica , and her manager Despina were both delightful , and even went to the effort of remembering us and our room number! Really felt like we were welcomed here! We had the great experience of using the indoor pool and the outdoor pools , both highly enjoyable and very clean! Both at the bar at the beach and pool had lovely staff! Making sure every need was catered to, with reasonable prices too! The cocktails WOW! The show of making them made them worth it ,,,, Try the frozen daiquiri!100% If the pools weren’t enough, a beautiful beach with variety use of sunbeds and even service buttons for the bar! Peckish? Yes food too! Not to mention the complimentary nuts! Although this area is secluded, downstairs there are 2 shops to cater for almost everything! Even cigarettes! Then next door a lovely gift shop! Every morning and night the food was gorgeous, so many things to choose From , particularly the fresh orange juice in the morning! The only thing I would say is that the beds aren’t best couple suited for all! As they are too single beds together which is easily move apart which isn’t best if you get cold at night! But the comfort of the bed made up for that! I would love to return soon! And will certainly be recommending to friends!

Amazing stay at Kassandra Palace in the most beautiful country, and we loved it so much that we've booked our next visit this summer. I have gluten and dairy allergies, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and support I received in finding delicious meal options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my dietary needs were met, making my dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. On our first evening, we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning. However, it was promptly addressed by the next morning, and as a thoughtful gesture, we were given a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. This kind touch truly exemplifies the exceptional customer service we experienced. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the towel service was outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a gel polish manicure at the spa, which turned out to be the best I've ever had! Overall, our experience at Kassandra Palace was fantastic, and we can't wait to return!

We have just left a five day trip and I can honestly not recommend this hotel highly enough! Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in we had beautiful family room with sea view and it was perfect plenty of room lovely big balcony! But the 2 most impressive things in this hotel are 1: The beach! It is absolutely stunning so clean and kept tidy, amazing views and beautiful clear waters! 2: The staff at this hotel are amazing every single one of them is polite, courteous and extremely helpful but we would like to say an extra special thank you to Despina the hotel manager for the amazing hospitality we were so well looked after it made our trip so much more special! Also the Mediterranean restaurant is a must try! Food was amazing and very reasonably priced! We will definitely be returning with our kids next time!

Such a beautiful hotel and grounds. Very well kept and looked after. There is definite pride in this resort. As you will read, the staff and food are great- (excepting cold chips) The hotel does charge €15 euros per night Hotel Tax, which is more than we have paid previously, so be ready for that. The shops sell gifts etc, toiletries, water, and snacks but no juices or soft drinks. I mention this because the nearest shop for that is a bus ride or drive..or a 30 minute walk. For perfect rest and relaxation, the hotel has so many different areas to sit, and we were never bored. The bus service was hourly...ish! Cash only. Look out for dolphins!

All around wonderful stay! Facilities were great and staff were all extremely friendly. Loved being greeted by warm and familiar faces at meals like Deseince, Pelogia and Sofia. Made the stay feel more personal. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, hotel and a glorious beach!

We were the first flight of the season with TUI the hotel beach and gardens were spotless and well cared for.the sea was crystal clear we liked to sunbathe on the small beach to the left in front of the sandy sunbathing area created in the garden.the main beach by the bar is also great with bells to request drinks when needed.there are larger stones in the sea before reaching the sand so sea shoes were perfect did spot a few sea urchins and plenty of fish to see if snorkeling.we had garden view room which overlooks car park but as you can see from photos plenty of trees and greenery to hide most of it and the sun sets on this side so plenty more sun in the evening. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice as was evening meal the Mediterranean theme restaurant nearer the beach was very good at extra cost. We had most of our drinks in the lobby bar and Sofia and ioanna were very good at keeping the drinks flowing mai tai and pornstar martini were perfect the white wine was good I think it was called omikron.one thing may be worth requesting when booking is a double bed we had a double room but 2 single beds pushed together we didn’t request a different room so not sure if all beds are the same. Found all staff friendly and welcoming and was very quiet as early in the season will definitely visit again in the near future.perfect holiday

The team at Kassandra Palace are attentive, accommodating, friendly and you feel genuinely looked after. A special shout out to Despina one of the General Managers. We have been looked after, time and time again by Despina who goes out of her way to make your stay extra special! Elegant, professional, approachable and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. A true asset to Kassandra Palace!!!!
