20 Ocak 2024 tarihinde konağınızda kaldım. Konağınız bakımlı ve güzel lakin şöyle olumsuz tarafları var. Uzun bir yoldan tatil için geldiğimiz Kastamonu’da size tercih etti tur şirketimiz. Odamız birinci kattaydı. Tüm gece iki saat uyuyabildim. Çünkü izolasyon yok. Evet tarihi konak ama gene de birşeyler yapılabilirdi. Örneğin biz iki kişi (evli) birinci katta kalırken, üstümüzde üç bekar erkek kaldı. Ve sanki bizim odada gibiydiler. Tüm konuşmlar duyuldu sabaha kadar. İsimleri bile öğrendim. En azından otel yönetimi kalabalık bekar grubu alt kata koyup, bize üst kat odası verebilirdi. Banyonun giderinden su neredeyse gitmiyordu. Akşam yemeğinde kapalı alanda bile sigara içilmesine izin veriyorsunuz. Ve kapı açık olduğu için üşümemek elde değil. Tüm gece kapı kapansın diye uğraştım. Yemekleriniz lezzetli ama ilk geldiğinde buz gibiydi. Gidip tekrar gelmesi yarım saati buldu. Grup gelindiğini bildiğiniz halde nerede ise iki kişi kan ter içinde servise yetişmeye çalışıyorlardı. Kahvaltınız çok güzeldi. Hele poğaça gibi ekmek çok lezzetliydi. Odalara çıkarken galoş giyilmesi zorunlu. Güzel bir uygulama ama o galoşlar zor giyiliyor. Galoş için otomatik makine koysanız daha iyi olur.

They promised us AC rooms but the AC was not working. They said they would fix the issue but throughout our stay the AC was not repaired as they claimed it was out of their control. These things should have been checked well in advance before customer checks in. They did give us a refund ...but a minimal amount as compared to the 5 rooms that we had booked.

Keyifle konaklanabilecek Otantik bir mekan. Rahat odalar, ilgili ve anlayışlı elemanlar ve hepsinden önemlisi otel sahibesinin içten yaklaşımı An authentic place to stay with pleasure. Comfortable rooms, attentive and understanding staff and above all, the sincere approach of the mistress of the hotel.

This hotel is really amazing. Very beautiful rooms at old house with nice use of historic elements. The public rooms at every floor are also very well decorated. The price for stay was really good comparing with setting. I got a free parking place in front of the house. Not sure how they organize parking if it's busy. The restaurant has a license so it could be noisy until midnight if you have window to the garden area. It was easy walk to old town. Castle is just next to hotel and has best views at the evening. So it's good idea to drive up before arrival.

Konaktaki yetkili arkadaş bizi güler yüzlü karşıladı, gezilecek yerler konusunda bilgi verdiler sagolsunlar..Konak ise dokusu bozulmadan dizayn edilmiş, ***et temiz, rahattı.Köy evi havasında, huzurlu bir gün geçirdik. Yatakları çok rahattı.2 tane düzelmesini umduğum durum oldu:Birincisi konak ahşap olduğu için bazı yerler gıcırdıyordu bu benim için problem değil ama başkası rahatsız olacak diye çok rahat hareket edemediğim doğrudur:) İkincisi kahve içelim dedik yok, bitti dendi. Çok cici bir bahçesi vardı.Kahvalti çok güzeldi.Kekinden kurabiyesine hepsi cok lezzetliydi.En mutlu olduğum kısmı o oldu.Kahvaltida ilgilenen arkadaslara özellikle de Azeri erkek bir görevli vardı ona çok teşekkür ediyorum.

UĞURLU KONAKLARI Hisarardı Mahallesi KASTAMONU Merkezi Konum Harika Bir Konak Kastamonu Hisarardı Mahallesi UĞURLU KONAKLARI’nda 10 oda 19 kişi olarak 3 Ekim 2024 tarihinde 3 gece kaldık. Konaklamamız esnasında grubumuz olarak konaktan çok memnun kaldık, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Genel Müdür Gülsen KIRBAŞ, Müdür Yardımcısı Hami AKSU ve tüm personel hizmetlerin eksiksiz yapılması hususunda büyük titizlik gösterdi ve bizlerle bire bir ilgilendiler. Hijyen açısından odalar temiz, bakımlı ve yeterli büyüklükte. Resepsiyon, kahvaltı, teknik servis, oda servisi ve oda hizmetleri çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı, yöresel öğle ve akşam yemekleri çeşitli, kaliteli ve çok iyiydi. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımsever. Uğurlu Konakları’nın şehir merkezine ve civardaki gezilecek yerlere yakın olması bizi bir hayli memnun bıraktı. Her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ayrıca Uğurlu Konakları önünde rahat kullanılabilen otoparkı da mevcut. Uğurlu Konakları’nın sahipleri Değerli Gülsen KIRBAŞ’a & Prof Dr. Dursun KIRBAŞ’a, Müdür Yardımcısı Hami AKSU’ya ve tüm personele yakın ilgileri için özellikle çok teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca ev sahibimiz Gülsen Kırbaş rehberliğinde Kastamonu’yu ve civarını gezerek çok değerli önemli tarihi bilgiler aldık. Gerçekten Kastamonu mutlaka görülmesi gereken bir ilimiz.
